JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Female age 30-45 yrs old, graduate of Engineering CourseHighly organized in terms of planning, scheduling of jobs, task, projects to be completed, can read Building Structural Plan, good in equipment and preventive maintenance, knows in traffic systems including CCTV, HVAC, FDAS and can handle manpower 10 up.With at least 5 to 7 year experiences in handling projectsMust maintain and carry out professionalism and values of the companyExcellent communication and negotiating skillsMust be a self-started, organized and pay close attention to detailFirm but possesses an up-beat and positive personalityAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignmentsAbility to develop effective solutions, techniques and practices needed to coming
