Facilities Technicians

College Graduate, preferably Electrical/Mechanical Technology.
Must be Licensed Registered Master Electrician/Master Plumber/Certified Plant Mechanic or equivalent and with experience in Facilities Maintenance & Management.
- Knowledgeable in handling building facilities and processing documents such as the permits, the government requirements, PEZA and ISO.
- Knowledgeable in Preventive maintenance management, Building maintenance management and equipment repair and maintenance Legal and regulatory compliance.
- With work experience as Facilities Technician / Helper
- Must be willing to be assigned in Calamba or Cabuyao Laguna

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
