Facilities Technician - Urgent Hiring

Qualifications:
With relevant work experience of 1-2 years as Facilities Technician or equivalent.
Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, trade school or a relevant educational background is an advantage.
Willing to relocate or work in FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas

Job Description: Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and other building facilities.Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and implement countermeasures as needed.Handle basic carpentry, basic masonry, installation and modification concerns of building facilities.Coordinate with contractors in relation to interior & exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furnitures & equipment, overall maintenance of facility grounds, HVAC maintenance, etc.Ensure all procedures and standards related to facilities are observed and maintained. Propose updates of procedures and standards as needed.Track and report completion of assigned facility-related projects to superior.
