Facilities Technician

**Requirements**:

- Any Vocational/Technical Graduate.
- At least 1 year work experience as Facilities Technician preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledgeable in handling facilities/utilities equipment.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct maintenance work in all production and facilities equipment in the plant.
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment.
- Implement appropriate & effective solutions to machine troubles/problems.
- Rehabilitate industrial plant equipment.
- Overhaul industrial plant equipment.
- Identify and eliminate recurring maintenance problems.
- Installation of new equipment.
- Improve existing equipment.
- Assist in development and updating of Preventive Maintenance and Safety Procedure.
- Monitor performance of all operating plant equipment.
- Schedule lubrication of all plant equipment.
- Monitor and maintain parameters of all facilities equipment.
- Assist in the implementation of plant projects.
- Assist in handling new projects.
- Suggest improvements / innovations to existing projects to attain much better equipment efficiency.

**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php13,500.00 per month
