Facilities Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads and supervises the Facilities Management Team

Inspects and repairs electrical and plumbing services

Supervises janitorial duties

Undertakes building and grounds maintenance across all 6R Group of Companies properties

Manages waste disposal system

Oversees renovations and refurbishments

Prepare departmental budget

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with or without license

At least 2 to 3 years in Facilities and Building Management

Great Project Management skills

Multi-tasker

Excellent written and oral communication

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Strong time management skills
