Position: Facilities Service Manager- with drivers licensed

Working location: Paranaque and Greenhills

Salary: 40k to 50k Greenhills- Licensed Engineer is advantage- woman with drivers lic

45k to 70k for Paranaque - Licensed Civil Engineer- with drivers liic

Qualifications: Candidate must be willing to handle 7 - 8 EmployeesCandidate must be willing to do field work / Branch roving to check Facilities or other activities Candidate MUST read plan / Work PlanHighly organized in terms of planning, scheduling of jobs, task, projects to be completedWith at least 5 to 7 year experience in handling projectsMust maintain and carry out professionalism and values of the companyExcellent communication and negotiating skillsMust be a self-started, organized and pay close attention to detailFirm but possesses an up-beat and positive personalityAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignmentsAbility to develop effective solutions, techniques and practices needed to come up with standards, protocols on ordering and delivery of supplies, materials, etc. etc. also on monitoring of projectsMS Office proficiency
