QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a Licensed Engineer. Preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineer Must have 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience gained from a Semiconductor company Willing to be relocated in Pampanga. Good people management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:
UTILITIES
Plans and organizes the power needs of the plant, ensuring an adequate supply of electricity for various uses. This encompasses scheduling for electricity, water, air conditioning, vacuum systems, chillers, fume scrubbers, deionized water, exhaust systems, and compressed dry air (CDA). Oversees the operational aspects of the company's water treatment facility. Ensures an ample supply of compressed air to sustain the operation of the equipment. Coordinates and arranges a team of employees to deliver round-the-clock emergency breakdown maintenance services. Develops and executes cost-saving initiatives for utility usage at the plant, providing high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient services and guidance Organizes and coordinates the preventive maintenance (PM) activities for the plant's equipment through effective planning and scheduling. Consistently enhances and updates the utilities system with the latest technology to meet production requirements. Ensuring the appropriate allocation of operating capital (Capex) for the enhancement, renovation, and maintenance of physical resources through strategic asset management. Taking accountability for adhering to allocated budgets Coordinates with government bodies such as TNB, PBA, MPPP, DOSH, DOE, and Bomba regarding the company's facilities. Ensuring strict adherence to the company's safety policy, rules, and regulations by all employees. To maintain the ISO 14001 environmental management system. Execute any additional responsibilities as may be instructed or required by management. FACILITIES
Supervises the comprehensive maintenance of company facilities and buildings, overseeing repair activities to ensure the proper functioning and condition of all components. Collaborated with consultants, contractors, and government authorities in every aspect of infrastructure management and building construction. Manages projects involving the upgrade or expansion of facilities to meet manufacturing requirements. Plans, organizes, and establishes the layout for the manufacturing floor. Undertake any additional responsibilities as directed or necessitated by management. WATER TREATMENT PLANT
The daily operation and maintenance of the water purification plant, ensuring a consistent water supply to support production. Operates the effluent treatment system of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and manages the disposal of scheduled waste in accordance with the requirements set by the Department of Environment (DOE).
