Facilities/Materials Management Assistant

Checks the condition of buildings and ground facilities and report to the immediate Superior areas for repair, remodeling, or disposal.
- Monitors performance of third-party service providers in the execution of contracted works (housekeeping, electrical/plumbing/air conditioning repairs, etc.)
- Maintains accurate records of inventory transactions through correct entry of articles received and issued such that inventory list matches with actual inventory count.
- Performs basic or minor maintenance activities.
- Receive, release and record office supplies and equipment.
