The opportunity The Facilities (Workplace Enablement Services) Associate Director is in-charge of the strategic management and operations of EY GDS Philippines office building. He/she keeps the facility running efficiently by overseeing both personnel and equipment. Daily duties of the Associate Director entail managing from a big-picture view, as well as dealing with details -- all of which affect maintenance of the physical premises and the security of the employees in the site.
Your key responsibilities Manages and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Oversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
