Facilities Maintenance Manager - Paranaque - On Site

KEY ROLES: Ensures proper and cost-effective repair and maintenance of all company facilities including building spaces/structures, vehicle and rolling equipment other fixed assets except IT hardware and equipmentEnsures compliance to and manages all health, safety, and security requirements of the Company and all gov't regulatory bodiesPrepares and monitors the annual and monthly operating budget of the Administration DivisionParticipates in and manages major and minor building construction projects in coordination with project consultants MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably with a license.With Professional License in drivingAt least 3 years proven experience in facilities maintenance management JOB SPECIFICATION: Managerial Experience in Building Maintenance and Construction (preferably in medium to large service organization) with unquestionable integrityAbility to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWith good interpersonal skills.Computer literate
