Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree graduate of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Environmental/Health/Safety/Others) or equivalent.Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the related field (facilities/engineering under a service desk capacity).Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and must be willing to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in Alabang.Amenable to work in shifting schedules.Amenable to work ONSITE (BGC, Taguig).Able to start ASAPIMPORTANT: PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CV TO CLEARLY INDICATE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH FACILITIES. Key Responsibilities: Facilities Services:
Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity (DRBC) process, including emergency services, and perform the role of DRR admins.
Provide support for internal meetings/conferences.
Provide logistics assistance for company/project events.
Handle voice and non-voice communication operations.
Interact with vendors/employees with regard to dispatch/delay/damage/misplacement of couriers in order to provide facilities services as per defined policy.
Engineering Services:
Adhere to mechanical and electrical safety guidelines.
Carry out preventive or breakdown maintenance.
Operate and maintain plant and machinery.
Carry out civil maintenance.
Monitor voice communication and audio-conferencing systems and services.
Handle minor civil/electrical modifications.
Handle project-specific and infrastructure-related up-gradation activities.
Coordinate with service providers during disruption of services.
Prepare and ensure closure of snag list before takeover of new infrastructure in order to provide engineering services with minimum downtime for effective functioning of the DC.
