FACILITIES ENGINEER

Qualification:
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering with license

Junior Engineer or Fresh Graduate

Computer literate (AutoCAD and MS Office Application)

Communicate effectively both orally and writing

Must have an Analytical and Decision
- making Ability

Strong building repairs and mechanical aptitude

Advantage of having Basic Occupational Safety Certificates

Knows how to drive and have valid driver's license

Familiar in the following key areas:
-Maintenance Management System

-Project Management

-Knows how to interpret building lay-out and plan

-HVAC, Hydraulic, Pneumatics System and CNC

Must be Fully Vaccinated

Preferably residing in Lapu-Lapu City

Can Start ASAP!
