1. Commitment to facility operations excellence
Managing our site's daily operations and technical issues, providing effective solutions whenever difficulties arise.
Carry out the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and equipment - are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams.
2. Performance Excellence
You will be involved in ensuring all key performance indicators are met, as set out in the management contract.
You will be involved in launching various improvement and savings programmes that will benefit both us and our clients.
For example, you will be involved in the implementation of energy management programmes to help cut utilities costs and eliminate wastages.
Working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on a variety of projects—from beginning to end.
You'll see to it that our vendors are managed accordingly, and that technical and safety audits and repairs are in sync with the project's timeline.
You'll contribute to the creation of engineering service delivery standards.
Help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols.
Work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met.
Develop tools that help measure the technical team's performance on a quarterly or annual basis.
5. Other tasks as assigned
Assist Facilities Manager (FM) on gathering of needed data/documents for reporting purposes.
Assist FM/Team, on documentation and updating of required and standard checklists.
Assist FM Team/client for the required audits.
Assist client to investigate any related accident/incident in the facilities.
Assist client for the un-announce/announce drill (eg., Earthquake & Fire Drill).
