Job Description Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance and support activities for building facility systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee staff responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and monitoring building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and laws, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules, ensuring all building systems are properly maintained and operational.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and skilled in performing their duties.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to building systems, utilizing strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications Requirement • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. (With valid PRC License).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities and equipment maintenance and management.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and technical operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and support a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
