Job Summary: The Affiliate Marketing FB Boosting Specialist's primary focus is to execute, create strategic content for boosting and campaign to drive traffic, engagement and conversion to retail stores/local branches. Search, hire, recruit, and collaborate with an affiliate marketing professional/member to achieve team goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Search, hire, and recruit affiliate marketing professionals to help achieve the team goals and target.
Collaborate with affiliate marketing professionals to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and promotional strategies.
.Create visually appealing ads and ensure that visuals and messaging adhere to both affiliate brand guidelines and Facebook (Meta) advertising policies.
Manage, guide, and closely monitor the performance of Affiliate Marketing professionals to ensure they meet the target and provide the best solutions and support with their concerns.
Monitor the spending and manage the campaign budgets efficiently.
Analyze FB boosting campaigns data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on FB boosting and affiliate marketing professional performance, providing insights for effective campaign strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any related courses.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, power editor and other related tools.
Strong creative and visual design skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Ability to handle and manage affiliate marketing professionals.
Excellent communication and collaborating skills.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Ability to manage stress and be self-motivated.
