Facebook Ads Specialist

The Role We are hiring for a Facebook Ads Specialist, who will help scale social advertising efforts geared towards generating B2B leads & online sales via the B2B eCommerce store. This role is perfect for someone that has been around the block with Facebook Ad Campaigns more than they can count and who understands the pain of stalled ads, campaign scaling, and pixel testing but gets a kick out of cracking lower cost per conversion, higher click through rates and hacking ad set optimizations. If you know your Lookalikes from your Website's Custom Audiences, using A/B Tests to iterate your campaigns and your CPMs from your CPCs, then we'd love to hear from you!
