F&B Server

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and dedicated Food & Beverage (F&B) Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be assigned to a 5-star luxury hotel in Bonifacio Global City, providing top-tier service to guests in a high-standard environment. This role requires flexibility with shifting schedules and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel's high standards.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate them to kitchen staff, and serve orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guests' questions and provide recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest concerns and special requests professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other hotel staff to uphold smooth service and dining room efficiency.

Qualifications:

- College graduate, with a preference for Hospitality or related fields.
- Prior work experience or internship in a 4-5 star luxury hotel setting is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Available for a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
