External Affairs Specialist

Part I: Government Affairs• Research and monitor government activities, specifically PAGCOR and relevant LGU that may affect business operations and growth.• Collaborate and ensure seamless communication between all internal and external stakeholders.• Strengthen connections and networks with the LGU`s for business.Part II: Industry Affairs• Join industry organizations and seek leadership roles.• Collaborate with industry advocates to build areas of common interest.• Crisis Management and Conflict Resolutions• Create a process for crisis management and conflict resolution processes.• Manage conflicts and guide management in decision-making. Requirements• Bachelor`s/Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.• 2-3 years' experience in the field of marketing, public relations, administration and communication.• At least 1 year experience in Project Management.• Experience reporting directly to a senior executive such as a vice president or CEO.• Must be persuasive and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools.• Willing to work in Muntinlupa City• Applicant able to speak Tagalog, English or Mandarin • Open for Mandarin Speaking expat who speaks Tagalog Benefit• SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG • Promotion• Salary increasing • HMO•13th month pay• Annual Leave • Sick Leave• Bereavement Leave• All government mandated leaves (maternity, paternity, solo parent, magna carta of woman; ... )
