Who are we looking for? We are calling expressions of interest for a Construction Manager to delivery our Water / Wastewater projects in the Philippines.
The successful applicants for this role will be adept at the following:
Ensure proper interpretation of the contract and provide technical information to the workers and other professionals assigned in the project. Select proper construction methodologies and strategies in collaboration with engineers and other construction specialists. Instruct and supervise construction workers and activities onsite to ensure compliance to specifications, building and safety codes, legal requirements and other regulations. Qualifications, Skills or Experience: Professional Civil Engineer 15 years' in experience in the design and construction of Pumping Station, Transmission Lines, Flow Diversion Structure and civil engineering works. Knowledge of the requirements of the Philippine authorities for construction works and permits is required. Applicants must have the right to work in the Philippines.
This position is also open to expatriates with experience in the Philippines, under an international local hire arrangement.
