Export Documentation Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall in-charge in the quotation, operation and documentation on export shipments of Ocean freight Department
- Receives shipping instructions or SOP from CSR, account owners, sales, trade lane & branches
- Coordinates bookings and transfers for shipments coming from local or branch stations / outports
- Monitors vessel schedules, departures, cut-offs, deliveries and other related matters to export shipment activities
- Prepares duly signed required shipping documents and releases these to shipper or its authorized broker
- Issues and/or releases House Bill of Lading, billing invoices and other required documents to clients
- Dispatch via courier or arrange delivery by messenger all documents required by clients and overseas stations.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration
- At least one (1) year experience in doing operation and documentation for export freight forwarding
- Should have computer knowledge in MS Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel)
- With good communication skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Export Documentation: 1 year (preferred)
