Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for an Experience Centre Manager who can work with us full-time and on-site!Where??? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As an Experience Centre Manager, you will play a strategic Business Development role focused on driving business growth through exceptional client experiences. This role will be the architect of client visits, crafting impactful itineraries that showcase our company culture, foster deeper relationships, and ultimately lead to increased investment and new orders.
Creating client visit experience is so great that CX Managers can have leverage for them to focus on strategic development for growth.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Calibrate Client Onboarding Timeline and experience centre pitch for visit should happen Develop and update the visit pitch presentation Propose travel itinerary options and cost Facilitate Travel agreement signing process Develop and execute comprehensive client visit plans, tailoring itineraries to each account's specific needs and interests. Orchestrate all aspects of the visit, ensuring seamless logistics, clear communication, and a positive, engaging experience for every client. Feature the company culture, fostering a sense of connection and partnership with our clients. Develop and manage client-focused needs conversion to activities Manage event logistics, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key client contacts. Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed of company updates and relevant developments. Foster trust and loyalty, ensuring long-term client partnerships. Builds a directory of accredited suppliers for a corporate account Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers Direct the public relations and communication strategies, campaigns, or programs designed to create and maintain favourable public and internal image for the company Serve as a consultant to support HR's recruitment, employee engagement, and advertising communication programs Represent Smartsourcing publicly at interviews, press conferences, and presentations Be an active participant in industry-related conferences and educational opportunities and grow industry networks on a professional level Leads development of newsletters and brochures for experience opportunities Participates in conceptualizing social media posts Develop and maintain experience in cost forecasting Leads and monitors inventory management for experience center materials and client kits Develop and implement training programs for the Experience Center team to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company offerings. Encourage knowledge-sharing within the team through regular discussions, presentations, or workshops. Identify opportunities for team members to attend industry conferences or training events. Track and measure the effectiveness of implemented learning initiatives. Develop and implement a system for capturing and documenting key details from each client visit. This could include information such as client needs, identified opportunities, feedback received, and lessons learned. Ensure proper storage and organization of client visit records for easy retrieval and future reference. Utilize visit records to identify trends, optimize future client experiences, and demonstrate the value proposition of the Experience Center Prepare, present, and recommend activities effectively on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Perform tasks as assigned. We would need you to be or have the following: Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Strong commitment to continuous learning and personal development. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. It would be awesome if you are or also have: Knowledge of the industry the company operates in (preferred). Experience with travel logistics (preferred). Experience managing budgets (preferred).
