Experience Analyst

Job Description: As an Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for challenging and delivering exceptional Customer Centric User Experience Designs while working closely with the different business units and providing them domain expertise on User Experience Design in accordance with BDO's Customer Experience Principles, BDO's Branding Style Guides, and BDO's Experience Guide.
Duties and Responsibilities: Create the necessary deliverables in accordance with the team's practices and standards.Conduct checkpoint meetings to ensure understanding and alignment on business processes, products, and goals across all relevant and multiple parties.Provide support in finalizing non-functional user experience requirements with the Product Team.Confidently conduct workshops for design requirements gathering, clarification or validation sessions and present designs to project teams while managing their expectations.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Fine Arts or Psychology with a focus on customer experience design, user experience design, Human Factor Interface Design or any relevant course.Minimum 3 years demonstrated global industry/banking/finance technology experience with customer experience design.Candidate must be willing to work in Makati.BDO Unibank, Inc. provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates.
