Expansion Assistant

-Working with the site locators and the Finance/Accounting Dept. to ensure completion of documents.
-Handling monies from the revolving funds for expansion and repair purposes.
-Canvassing equipment/material prices, securing quotations from service providers/contractors/supplier as necessary with close coordination with local buyers aligned with company's procurement SOP
-Applying for the relevant permits (construction business, health/sanitary, Brgy., etc)
-Working with retail ops and contractors to oversee renovation/construction of new outlets.
