Executive Secretary To The President And Chairman

Provide high level administrative support by handling and processing confidential information, preparing and writing correspondences for the Chairman & CEO, performing clerical functions and receiving visitors.
3.
Strategically filler information and quickly assess (often changing) priorities.
4.
Must have knowledge of basic accounting, finance and computer skills to handle various forms of bookkeeping and budget and understand financial correspondences and documents.
6.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
7.
Will liaise and work closely with the Executive Secretary to function as her alter ego.
**Background & Expectations of the position**

1.
Will report directly to the Chairman & CEO and President & COO (Executive Officers)

2.
Willing to accept varied and diverse work (legal documents/ contracts, accounting) assignments

3.
Willing to work beyond office hours

4.
Must be resourceful and must know how to move efficiently with mínimal or no mistakes

5.
Must be detail oriented with very good organizational skills

6.
Should be able to speak and write fluently in English

7.
Must be responsible, conscientious and discrete

8.
Confident, personable, alert and results oriented

9.
Professional and have the ability to effectively work with senior management and a variety of personalities.
