JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of BS Economics or any Business-related coursesWith at least 3-5 years of related work experiencesExcellent in Verbal and Written CommunicationWilling to start immediately in Angeles City main office RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide day to day support to the CEO and to the operations of the company ensuring performance of functions of various departments and the maintenance of healthy work environmentEstablish network and linkage with appropriate agencies and institutions the CEO or the company has to make representations with to enhance company image and realize its goals and programsCoordinate with department heads on instructions and directives of the CEO setting agenda and timely meeting to deliberate on program and plansScreen spot meetings requested by company personnel, including department managers outside parties properly advising the CEO on priority concerns and briefing him on the subject of the meetingPerform such other tasks that may be assigned by the CEO from time to time SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
