SJS IS LOOKING FOR AN EXECUTIVE SECRETARY / SOCIAL MANAGER

Educational & Professional Background

1.
Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2.
Social Media Management: Experience managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
Skills

1.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
2.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft reports, emails, and social media posts that align with the school's tone.
3.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
4.
Content Creation: Basic skills in graphic design (e.g., Canva or Adobe Spark) to create visually appealing posts, as well as experience in photography and/or video editing to produce multimedia content.
5.
Customer Service: Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from parents, students, and followers on social media.
6.
Attention to Detail: Ensures all communication is accurate, well-organized, and reflective of the school's values.
Responsibilities

Executive Support:
• Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation for school leaders.
• Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and records.

Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with school events, achievements, and announcements.
• Engage with the school community by responding to messages, comments, and reviews.
• Monitor social media analytics to adjust content strategy as needed.
3.
Brand Representation:
• Ensure all public-facing communication reflects the school's mission, vision, and values.
• Stay updated on trends in social media to engage the community effectively.
