SJS IS LOOKING FOR AN EXECUTIVE SECRETARY / SOCIAL MANAGEREducational & Professional Background1.Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.2.Social Media Management: Experience managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.Skills1.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.2.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft reports, emails, and social media posts that align with the school's tone.3.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).4.Content Creation: Basic skills in graphic design (e.g., Canva or Adobe Spark) to create visually appealing posts, as well as experience in photography and/or video editing to produce multimedia content.5.Customer Service: Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from parents, students, and followers on social media.6.Attention to Detail: Ensures all communication is accurate, well-organized, and reflective of the school's values.Responsibilities1.Executive Support:•Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation for school leaders.•Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and records.2.Social Media Management:•Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with school events, achievements, and announcements.•Engage with the school community by responding to messages, comments, and reviews.•Monitor social media analytics to adjust content strategy as needed.3.Brand Representation:•Ensure all public-facing communication reflects the school's mission, vision, and values.•Stay updated on trends in social media to engage the community effectively.Personality Traits1.Professionalism: Represents the school with a polished, positive attitude.2.Discretion: Handles sensitive information responsibly.3.Adaptability: Quickly adjusts to changing priorities and unexpected tasks.
