SJS IS LOOKING FOR AN EXECUTIVE SECRETARY / SOCIAL MANAGER

Educational & Professional Background

Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Social Media Management: Experience managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
Skills

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft reports, emails, and social media posts that align with the school's tone.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Content Creation: Basic skills in graphic design (e.g., Canva or Adobe Spark) to create visually appealing posts, as well as experience in photography and/or video editing to produce multimedia content.Customer Service: Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from parents, students, and followers on social media.Attention to Detail: Ensures all communication is accurate, well-organized, and reflective of the school's values.
Responsibilities

1. Executive Support: Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation for school leaders.Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and records. 2. Social Media Management: Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with school events, achievements, and announcements.Engage with the school community by responding to messages, comments, and reviews.Monitor social media analytics to adjust content strategy as needed. 3. Brand Representation: Ensure all public-facing communication reflects the school's mission, vision, and values.Stay updated on trends in social media to engage the community effectively.
