Executive Secretary

Details of the offer

- Be the main contact person for internal and external stakeholders representing the President.
- Create and keep documents such as reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Look up conferences, trade shows, and events that might be relevant to the President.
- Check and correct documents for the President.
- Help plan and manage special projects or events assigned by the executive, including research and organizing.
- Anticipate and resolve issues that could impact the efficiency or effectiveness of the President's office.
- Keep sensitive information private and always act with discretion and honesty.
- Carry out additional duties as required by the President.

Competencies and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business studies/administration/management, finance/accountancy/banking, secretarial, others or equivalent.
- Proven experience in administrative role.
- Knowledge of basic research and reporting methods.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Maintains honesty and confidentiality..
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and videoconferencing applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Google Meet)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
