Arranging meetings
Maintaining records and files
Schedule meetings for the executive
Calendaring for two executives
Coordinating events and conferences
Taking dictation and writing correspondence
Taking notes at meetings
Greets visitors and guests
Answering and forwarding telephone inquiries
Ensuring office processes run smoothly
Operating and maintaining office equipment
Attend meetings and preserve accurate records
Communicate between the executive and employees
Generate regular reports and update databases
Other duties as assigned
Planning events
Process invoice payments and expense reports
