**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Committee/Board of Directors.
2.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, and other documents such as minutes of the meeting of the BOD.
3.
Schedules and attends board meetings and other meetings as instructed by the BOD.
4.
Receives incoming communication or other documents on behalf of PMSH employees, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to the BOD.
5.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records of the hospital specifically transactions of the BOD and Stockholders and primary custodian of BOD's files.
6.
Performs additional duties as assigned by the BOD.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1.
Bachelor's Degree preferably AB Communication or its equivalent
2.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven knowledge in drafting business/formal letters.
3.
Excellent organizational/managerial skills and attention to detail.
4.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
5.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
6.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping.
7.
Above-average computer and online skills.
8.
Must be trustworthy.

**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
