Executive Assistant To The President

Details of the offer

1. Writing emails, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets or printing documents figure heavily a day.
2. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
3. Organizing and maintaining files and records
4. Researches , prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President
5. Handling secretarial job for the President
6. Act as linkage with all departments in processing and monitoring of various documents
7. Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
