Executive Assistant To The President

Executive Assistant supports the President in proactive and efficient manner.
Performs admin functions and manages daily schedules of her immediate heads.
- Collects and organizes summary of data from a variety of sources and compiles and transcribes minutes of the meeting.
- Supports special projects/events by coordinating information; planning, arranging meetings if needed and delegate tasks to other staff member when appropriate.
- Oversees office organization and performs administrative functions.
- Provides assistance using independent judgement to determine those concerns that requires priority of attention,
- Maintains appointment schedules/calendars, book flights/hotels for site visits and provides reminders as needed and coordinate travel arrangements as instructed.
- Safekeeping of documents and maintaining high sense of confidentiality

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Required skill(s): secretarial functions, admin support, Oral And Written English, MS Office.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in administration or secretarial work.
- Willing to work in Makati City and can start ASAP.
BASE SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

- Good organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and multi-tasker
- Adaptable and flexible
- Proficient in MS Office
- Professional with high sense of responsibility and commitment
- Interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
