Executive Assistant To The Managing Director

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners for the Managing Director
Manages diary, schedules meetings, and appointments
Prepare minutes of meetings attended, distributes and follow through
Researches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals required by the Managing Director
Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director
Performs other functions & similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business or marketing course or equivalent curriculum
At least 5 years of working experience
Fluent in oral and written English communication
Knowledgeable and familiar in MS office applications to include Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City
Skills:

Excellent time management skills and in prioritizing tasks
Possesses professional demeanor, confidence and maturity
Trustworthy and can handle confidential matters diligently
Resourceful, proactive and can adapt to various situations
