Executive Assistant To The Managing Director

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners for the Managing Director
- Manages diary, schedules meetings, and appointments
- Prepare minutes of meetings attended, distributes and follow through
- Researches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals
required by the Managing Director
- Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director
- Performs other functions & similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business or marketing course or equivalent curriculum
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Fluent in oral and written English communication
- Knowledgeable and familiar in MS office applications to include Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City
