Executive Assistant To The Managing Director

Schedule: Mondays-Fridays from 9am-6pmQualifications: Graduate of any Business or Organizational Communication related courseMust have at least 1-3 years of work experience as executive assistant to top level executivesHas above-average communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of emotional intelligenceDiscretion and ConfidentialityMust be creative and resourcefulMust be people-oriented and confident Must be responsible, highly-organized and keen to details Responsibilities: Reports directly to the Managing Director and assists in his everyday functionEnsures that all communications and directives of the Managing Director are properly disseminated to all concerned individualsOccasionally, travelling with the Managing Director to take notes or to provide general assistance during presentationsResponsible for screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriateAssists visitors at all levels of seniority and purchasing of souvenirs, if neededDeals with email proposals, often corresponding in behalf of the Managing Director; acts as liaison between departments to communicate information needed
