Responsibilities: Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners for the Managing DirectorManages diary, schedules meetings, and appointmentsPrepare minutes of meetings attended, distributes and follow throughResearches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals required by the Managing DirectorProvide general administrative support to the Managing DirectorPerforms other functions & similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
