About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to serve as the CEO's right hand, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the businesses. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, a strategic thinker, and an adept problem solver who can manage diverse tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across multiple businesses.
Communication Management: Draft, review, and respond to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Meeting Facilitation: Attend meetings with/or on behalf of the CEO, take comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective execution and progress.
Client Engagement: Represent the CEO in client meetings and discussions, maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong relationships to foster business growth and development.
Project Coordination: Oversee and manage special projects as directed by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Operational Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the businesses, including coordinating with various departments, handling logistics, and resolving operational issues as they arise.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics for the CEO and other key stakeholders.
Document Management: Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining a high level of trust and integrity.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a CEO or senior executive.
