Executive Assistant To Cfo/Chro

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in afinance environment.- Experience supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:- Manage the CFO's calendar, appointments, and meetings to optimize time management.- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for the CFO.- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.Financial Reporting and Analysis:- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentations.- Compile data and generate reports for the CFO and finance team.- Help with financial analysis and tracking of key performance indicators.Meeting Coordination:- Organize and coordinate meetings, including board meetings, financial reviews, anddepartmental meetings.- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary materials for meetings.Project Management:- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO.- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful completion.- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration and communication.Communication and Liaison:- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CFO's office, maintaining professional relationshipswith stakeholders.- Communicate on behalf of the CFO with internal staff and external partners.- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Office Management:- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.- Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and ordered as necessary.- Support finance department team members with administrative tasks.- Strong interpersonal skills
