Key Responsibilities:•Administrative Support:oManage the CFO's calendar, appointments, and meetings to optimize time management.oCoordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for the CFO.oScreen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.oPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.•Financial Reporting and Analysis:oAssist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentations.oCompile data and generate reports for the CFO and finance team.oHelp with financial analysis and tracking of key performance indicators.•Meeting Coordination:oOrganize and coordinate meetings, including board meetings, financial reviews, and departmental meetings.oPrepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.oCollaborate with internal teams to gather necessary materials for meetings.•Project Management:oAssist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO.oTrack project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful completion.oCoordinate cross-departmental collaboration and communication.•Communication and Liaison:oServe as the primary point of contact for the CFO's office, maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.oCommunicate on behalf of the CFO with internal staff and external partners.oHandle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.•Office Management:oMaintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.oEnsure office supplies and equipment are maintained and ordered as necessary.oSupport finance department team members with administrative tasks.Qualifications:oBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.oMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a finance environment.oExperience supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.oProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).oExceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.oExcellent verbal and written communication skills.oStrong interpersonal skills
