Our client is currently looking for an organized, adaptable and experienced **Executive Assistant** to support their management team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for calendar management, taking minutes for meeting and assigning tasks using Asana
- Hands-on meeting scheduling, coordination, note taking and task managements
- Administrative tasks including reporting, calendar management, inbox management and establishing agendas
- End to end project management for organization wide projects and initiatives including planning, documentation, tracking and communications
- Data entry, data modification, reporting
**Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an Admin / Executive Assistant
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, etc), Slack, Asana, Zoom, and other tech enabled productivity solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Have a high-speed internet connection and ability to work from home
- Have excellent communication skills

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
