Primary Purpose of the Position
The Executive Assistant is responsible for handling, organizing, and managing the daily requirements of the CEO & Managing Director for Programs and Partnerships including secretarial administrative support and networking participation.
S/he will be responsible for dealing with highly confidential matters and provide personal and professional assistance to the executives to continually optimize their time towards strategic functions of the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:
Manages diaries, and organizing meetings and appointments through effective time allocation and information management;
Facilitates booking and travel arrangements including transportation, accommodation, and personal logistics needs;
Organizes event and conferences necessary for the executives personal and business activities;
Establishes proper business correspondence, formal letters, reports, documents, and forms and adheres to an efficient electronic filing system;
Manages personal expenses through efficient monitoring, and manages database and filing systems to ensure documents are organized and easily retrievable;
Provides suggestions for improvement to the executives including administrative system and procedures;
Liaises with company staff, suppliers and clients to secure necessary information to be relayed to the executives;
Attend meetings and networking events with executives;
Building relationships with stakeholder network developed by executives;
Provides assistance in securing necessary documents necessary for business-related registrations; and
Assists executives with their personal needs whenever necessary.
Graduate of any bachelor's degree course, preferably Business Administration or relevant field
With good verbal and written communication skills
