Executive Assistant

Details of the offer

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CTO, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and internal/external coordination.
- Prepare meeting materials, draft agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Manage communications, draft replies, prioritize messages, and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and documents for accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CTO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and task coordination.
- Track and support key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
- Oversee office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining an organized office environment.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients on behalf of the CTO, ensuring professional and timely interactions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Strong experience in office administration and coordination.
- Proven ability to manage calendars and organize meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
