Executive Assistant

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:


1. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, and partners.
2. Manage the CEO's complex and ever-changing calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including high-level external engagements.
3. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
4. Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other materials for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and quality.
5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials to support the CEO in decision-making processes.
6. Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding on their behalf when necessary.
7. Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for the CEO's business trips.
8. Assist in preparing for and supporting the CEO in board meetings, conferences, and other key events.
9. Anticipate the CEO's needs, proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency, and provide strategic support as needed.
10. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
