**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Ability to schedule a daily workload by priority
- Provides general administrative support
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Open to fresh graduates
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have outstanding organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Must be a flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must be methodical and process-focused
- Must demonstrate sound work ethics
- Must be trustworthy with a high level of integrity
- Must have the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have the flexibility to work any shift as needed
