**Job description**
- **Graduate of Bachelor's Degree**
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- **At least 1 year Experience as Executive Assistant**:

- **Amenable to work on site in Pasig City**:

- **Willing to Stay in
- Accommodation (if Assigned)**:

- Excellent in MS Applications
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Discretion & Confidentuality
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos,
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
