ABOUT US
CoreData is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to perform administrative duties to support the operations of a global research business.

Based in Manila and reporting directly to the CEO in Sydney, Australia, you will have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and gain insights into the intricacies of business and market development within the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of administration and clerical skills including the Microsoft suite of programs, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

This is a busy role that requires a highly organized self-starter who can prioritize, multitask, and work within a global team. Liaising with teams in Australia, Manila, London and Boston, you will form part of a small, close-knit leadership group developing the business and research operations globally.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
An Executive Assistant is a highly skilled professional who manages complex administrative duties, coordinates high-level communications, and handles scheduling, travel arrangements, and confidential matters for senior executives. They serve as a strategic partner by anticipating needs, making critical decisions in their executive's absence, and acting as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – OPERATIONS
Assist with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include:
• Coordinating Outlook calendars and travel arrangements for the CEO and senior management team members as needed.
• Organising internal and external meetings.
• Facilitating team reporting of activity, pipeline, sales and reviews on behalf of the CEO.
• Distributing marketing communication and materials.
• Assisting with workload overflow, including preparing contracts and other documentation as necessary.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ideal for an ambitious recent graduate or an individual with up to 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting upper-level management, preferably in the financial or professional services sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of working independently while exercising professional discretion.
