Executive Assistant

**Qualification**
- At least 1 year of working experience in graphic designing is required for this position.
- At least 1 year of working experience in travel agency is required for this position.
- Good travel industry knowledge.
- Knowledge on graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other programs in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and negotiate effectively.
**Travel Agent Job Description**
- Experience in domestic and international ticketing and reservations and corporate travel is an advantage.
- Resolve travel issues, complaints, and refunds.
- Creates and completes travel arrangements for moderately complex accounts.
- Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation.
- Assist clients by determining traveler requirements: destinations, length of stay, transit time and providing list of choices they may consider.
- Research on various destinations and means of travel in relation to prices, travel restrictions and visa requirements.
- Arrange fare quotation, booking tickets, hotel accommodation, car rentals and travel insurance for both domestic and international trips.
**Graphic Designing Job Description**
- Coordinates with the Sales Team on the creative requirements of the project.
- Coordinates artwork and layout development for a variety of Sales Development projects.
- Adjusts designs and copy according to direction provided by requestors.
