Responsibilities
Manage scheduling for the CEO/President in and out of the company.Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CEO/PresidentOrganize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetingsAnswer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the CEO/PresidentPrioritize emails and respond when necessaryCoordinate travel arrangementsMaintain various records and documents for the CEOEstablish a filing arrangementAdministrative support
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsTime-management skillsAbility to pay attention to detailOrganization skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureBasic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft OfficeInterpersonal skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree graduate, must be a Dean's Lister or with Latin HonorsMust be willing to work Stay-In, when necessaryKnows how to drive is an advantage
Starting Salary: P25,000
