Executive Assistant - High Level - Quezon City

WORK LOCATION: Quezon City

JOB PURPOSE: Support company's executive team, specifically focusing on coordination between departments and effective communication; Able to interpret and relay complex information from the executive; Can keep up with the executive's logic and the overall business operations without making autonomous decisions

Bachelor's Degree in Business AdministrationMinimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative roleExperience supporting Senior Executives in a corporate environmentWith strong knowledge and understanding of architectural principles, practices, concepts, and terminologyKnowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma is a plusFamiliarity with project management tools and softwareWith expertise in business process management to support executive teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interpret and relay complex information accuratelyHigh level of professionalism and discretionStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively
